Restaurant Team Member

 

The Carving Board is an innovative and fast paced sandwich restaurant.

We are looking for part time and full time team members that are passionate about food and service.

You must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and be high energy with a strong work ethic.

Team members are responsible for cashiering, cooking, food prepping, food portioning, dishwashing, serving guests, bussing tables and general restaurant cleaning.

Genuine service is the main priority. Must be personable, extremely energetic and able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Must respond positively to constructive criticism.

Must be able to work nights and WEEKENDS are a must.

All team members make tips!

 

Responsibilities

• Preparing all food items to order, following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits
• Taking orders
• Order Accuracy
• Setting up and closing the restaurant
• Bringing food to guests
• Accurately assembling food orders
• Keeping the restaurant clean
• Restocking items that were depleted during the shift
• Menu Knowledge
• Performing duties in other areas of kitchen as assigned
• Washing dishes
• Guest satisfaction

• Must be able to lift  items weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
• Some bending/kneeling/stooping required
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work in a hot kitchen environment
• Food handler's card required

All team member's must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
