Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Echo Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel hift: Days- MON-FRI- 8a-430p CALL EVERY 3RD WEEKEND AND ROTATIONAL CALL DURING THE WEEK REQUIREMENTS: VASCULAR REGISTERED, HIGHLY PREFERRED Graduate of an approved program of echocardiography and vascular technology / sonography, non-invasive cardiovascular technology Registry preferred in echocardiography and vascular technology / sonography by ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) BLS Must be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge and skill in the performance of trans-thoracic contrast echocardiograms. Experience in placing intravenous lines and administration of IV medications is desirable. Experience in EKG interpretation and cardiac and vascular stress testing is preferred. 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE ECHO AND VASCULAR WILL PERFORM ECHOES, VENOUS/ARTERIAL DOPPLERS EMR- MEDHOST AND CARESTREAM
