Location (city, state): Southlake, TX (Hybrid – Onsite Monday–Thursday, Remote Fridays)

Compensation: $75,000 – $80,000 annually

Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a Recruiter on behalf of our client, a growing organization in the healthcare and clinical research space. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across both clinical and corporate departments, supporting strategic hiring needs and collaborating directly with leadership. The ideal candidate will be experienced, polished, and proactive in driving effective talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for roles such as Clinical Research Coordinators, Medical Assistants, Finance, Compliance, and Operations staff
  • Work directly with hiring managers and HR to align recruitment with business objectives and staffing plans
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and career events
  • Screen applicants, manage interview processes, extend offers, and facilitate onboarding
  • Oversee job advertisements, pipeline management, and candidate communications
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, internal procedures, and confidentiality standards
  • Monitor recruiting trends and recommend process improvements
  • Represent the organization at recruiting events and job fairs

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including healthcare or medical recruitment
  • Multi-state recruiting experience required
  • Proficient in using HRIS and ATS systems; ADP Workforce Now highly preferred
  • Ability to work with and support C-level leadership on strategic hiring needs
