Lead the Way as Our Preschool Director at Top of the World Preschool!

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Preschool Director, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our little learners and supporting our amazing team of educators. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Curriculum Leadership : Develop and implement creative, engaging lesson plans that align with developmental goals.
• Classroom Environment : Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space where every child feels safe, respected, and encouraged to learn.
• Individualized Support : Recognize each child’s unique needs and provide personalized attention to help them succeed.
• Parent Communication : Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates, conferences, and open communication.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with teachers and staff to foster a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Safety First : Supervise children during activities, maintain a clean and organized classroom, and adhere to all licensing regulations.
• Professional Growth : Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training to stay at the forefront of early childhood education.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a nurturing, enthusiastic individual with a love for working with young children. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Experience : At least 2 years of experience working with preschool children preferred.
• Knowledge : A solid understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Skills : Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Certifications : CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Background Check : Must successfully pass a background check.
• Personal Traits : Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for nurturing young minds.
