Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist – Rehab Department Location: Passaic County, NJ Type: Contract Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $60–$65/hour Overview: We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and implement therapy programs to restore function, enhance mobility, and support patient independence in a skilled nursing/rehab setting. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer therapy to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams. Educate patients and caregivers on safe practices and exercises. Requirements: Valid NJ Physical Therapist license. Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred.
