A large Atlanta law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys on complex commercial and business litigation matters. This role involves managing case calendars, monitoring court deadlines, electronically filing documents via ECF and state court systems, conducting PACER research, and drafting pleadings, notices, and motions. Experience preparing medical chronologies is a plus.
Qualifications:
5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm, handling cases from start to finish
Associates degree preferred; paralegal certificate a plus
Experience billing time and federal court filings
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive case management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, eDiscovery tools, and legal research platforms (Westlaw)
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate as part of a team
