Operational Product Manager Webshop (Appleton, WI)
Voith US Inc. seeks an Operational Product Manager Webshop (Appleton, WI) to support Webshop data management, customer onboarding and retention, and optimize Webshop operations in accordance with regional customer needs. Work with interdisciplinary teams globally including developers, designers, sales, product managers, customer service center, material master management, technical clarification etc. Identify and prioritize customer requirements to define the development pipeline for the Webshop. Work with marketing team to plan and implement marketing campaigns for regional customers. Conduct customer interviews and deliver effective presentations to grow Voith’s e-commerce business. Lead Voith’s online sales business in the region, in addition to working with Inside Sales to resolve issues with order entry and tracking. Assist Sales in onboarding and retention of Webshop customers. Ensure all customer information is uploaded and maintained for Webshop use. Train customers on how to use Webshop. Local telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. 10% domestic travel and 5% international travel required.
Job Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering Technology, Data Science, or related field and 3 years of product management experience. Must have experience with: SAP including Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, SAP Business Intelligence and SAP Cloud Analytics (SAC); Azure DevOps; Front-end and back-end interfaces; Projects integrating EDI, OCI interfaces with customers procurement systems; Project and product management of e-commerce platform; Incoterms; Business of parts and wear parts supplier; Working with interdisciplinary teams globally including developers, designers, sales, product managers, customer service center, material master management, and technical clarification; Windows based programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and Project and product management of e-commerce platform within papermaking industry.10% domestic travel and 5% international travel required.
