We’re seeking energetic and responsible individuals to join our team as Lifeguards at the Quincy Kroc Center! Whether you’re a student looking for an exciting first job or a young adult seeking valuable experience, this opportunity is perfect for you.

No prior lifeguard certification? No problem! We’re thrilled to offer paid lifeguard training to all hired candidates. That’s right, you’ll receive comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our patrons. Plus, you’ll earn while you learn!

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure the safety of all swimmers by actively monitoring the pool area.
• Enforce rules with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
• Assist guests with questions and provide stellar customer service.
• Help keep the pool area clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Strong swimming skills and a passion for water safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations.
• Willingness to complete lifeguard training (paid) upon hire.
