Pay Rate: $60–65/hr combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to client changes
ICU / Critical Care RN
Job Summary:
Provides intensive care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ conditions, vital signs, and histories.
- Administer medications, set up IVs, perform diagnostics, and manage wounds.
- Monitor patients and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Collaborate with the care team and educate patients/families.
- Document care and maintain records per hospital policy.
Requirements:
- RN license in state of assignment.
- BLS and ACLS required.
- ICU or critical care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and communication skills.
Emergency Department (ED) / ER RN
Job Summary:
Provides care to patients in fast-paced emergency settings, performing triage, assessments, and emergency interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage incoming patients and prioritize care.
- Conduct assessments, administer medications, and perform advanced interventions.
- Monitor patients, manage wounds, and respond to emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team.
- Document care accurately in EMR.
Requirements:
- RN license in state of assignment.
- BLS required; ACLS and CEN preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and crisis management skills.
