Description Michelle Espejo with Robert Half Finance & Accounting is recruiting for a Fund Accountant at a Top Venture Capital Firm. This is a full-time permanent role based in Menlo Park with a Hybrid schedule. Responsibilities: + Manage fund accounting, tracking investments, capital calls, distributions, and valuations. + Prepare financial statements and oversee bank reconciliations and payments. + Maintain LP records, manage inquiries, and coordinate document distribution (K-1s, capital statements). + Support audits, investment data tracking, and cap table reconciliations. + Collaborate with legal, operations, and investment teams on fund operations. *Please contact Michelle Espejo via LinkedIn or email for additional info and immediate consideration. Requirements + 2-4 years in venture capital, private equity audit (Big 10 firm preferred). + Strong fund accounting skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams. + CPA or progress toward certification preferred. + Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical with excellent communication skills. + Adaptable and eager to grow in a fast-paced, team-driven culture.
