Description Michelle Espejo with Robert Half Finance & Accounting is recruiting for a Finance Manager at a fast-growing investment firm. This full-time, permanent role is based in San Francisco. Responsibilities + Lead day-to-day fund accounting operations, including NAVs and capital account maintenance + Coordinate with fund admins, auditors, and tax advisors + Create internal reporting packages and investor materials + Support budgeting, forecasting, and firm-wide FP& A initiatives + Implement and refine operational workflows across teams + Work closely with senior leadership on high-level strategy + Ensure accurate tax reporting with the help of external experts *Please contact Michelle Espejo via LinkedIn or email for additional info and immediate consideration. Requirements + 5-8 years in fund accounting, public accounting, or finance within investment firms + Strong grasp of private credit, private equity, and alternative investments + Excel skills are a must; fund accounting software experience is a plus + Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational chops + A proactive mindset with a love for fast-moving environments + Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills + Bonus points for experience with complex fund structures (SPVs, onshore/offshore entities, etc.) Interested or even just curious?
