1. Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE primary care physician to join our family medicine team in Louisville, KY at our Jeffersontown location.

• Practice has 2 Physicians, 3 APRNs , 1 PA-C and support staff.
• Office hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
• Practice has been in the Jeffersontown area for well over 40 years.
• Offers a flexible work schedule.
• On-call is rotated weekly.

Baptist Health Louisville is a 519-bed tertiary-care hospital located in the heart of St. Matthews. The all-private room hospital provides virtually all inpatient services with the exception of transplantation and burn care.

The hospital s emergency services include special teams for heart attack and stroke care.
