PatchMaster is seeking a skilled  Drywall Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drywall installation, repair, and texture matching. This role involves working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Repair: Perform drywall installation and repairs, including patching holes and matching textures.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Site Preparation: Set up proper site protection to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and safety.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Communication:  Effectively communicate with leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in drywall installation or repair, with proficiency in texture matching techniques.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, carpentry, and home repair practices.
• Licensing: Valid driver's license is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with drywall or construction role is a plus.
• Familiarity with painting techniques is advantageous.
• Fluent in English
