Now, we're looking for a Dispatcher to join our Mission Control team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving puzzles, and is energized by teamwork and impact.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of dispatching experience , ideally in HVAC, plumbing, or trade services

• Deep familiarity with the Northern Virginia region

• A natural problem solver who thinks proactively and plans ahead

• Strong communicator who builds trust and teamwork

• A curious mind with the ambition to lead and the empathy to understand different perspectives

What You’ll Do

As a Dispatcher, you’re not just managing a board—you’re commanding the heart of our operations. Your mission:

• Keep communication flowing between our field techs and our customers

• Use your local knowledge of Northern Virginia to dispatch smarter, not harder

• Think like a strategist—visualizing the dispatch board like a chess game, 2–3 moves ahead

• Balance technician preferences, customer needs, and company goals with finesse

• Make decisions quickly, thoughtfully, and always with the team in mind

• Leverage leading industry software to keep work orders and invoicing running smooth

• Set the tone for professionalism and positivity across the Mission Control team
