Job Description

Salary: $60,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• Network security and threat detection experience: 10 years
• Incident response and vulnerability management expertise: 10 years
• Proficiency in administering Qualys: 10 years
• Knowledge of remediation documentation and patch management processes: 10 years
• Bachelors degree: preferred
• CISP Certification: preferred

• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security protocols to protect client data, systems, and networks
• Address all instances of system or network security breaches
• Test and identify vulnerabilities in networks and systems
• Assess the organizations security requirements and establish best practices and standards
• Execute appropriate security measures to safeguard client infrastructure and existing data
• Perform regular and ad-hoc vulnerability scans across networks, servers, and endpoints
• Analyze scan results, validate findings, and prioritize remediation efforts based on risk and exploitability
• Collaborate with IT and application teams to coordinate remediation efforts and verify that fixes are applied
• Adjust scans to reduce false positives and enhance data accuracy
• Develop vulnerability metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reports
• Conduct tests and scans to uncover any vulnerabilities in the network and system
