We’re looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Business Analyst to join our Data Center Project Management team. In this dynamic role, you’ll support the financial and operational activities of Brightstar’s largest and most rapidly evolving data center. You’ll manage departmental CAPEX and OPEX budgets, support new customer deliveries, and oversee procurement processes—all while helping maintain and improve our disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
This role requires strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently under tight deadlines.
Identify and implement financial and operational process improvements.
Serve as Project Coordinator or Deputy Project Manager as needed—leading meetings, tracking action items, and driving follow-ups.
Support ISO documentation reviews and updates.
Interview end users to gather requirements and assist in developing solution alternatives.
Collaborate with engineers to translate business needs into functional specifications.
Execute assigned portions of project plans and support system configuration and troubleshooting.
Work effectively across multicultural teams and time zones.
Be onsite at least 50% of the time (subject to change based on business needs).

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $59,795 - $122,400. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
