ETI Precision is looking for a talented Assembly Technician to join its growing team in Frederick, MD! This is a full-time role offering competitive pay and great benefits. Location: Office in Frederick, MD
Day to Day Responsibilities: - Assemble electro-mechanical subassemblies and wire harnesses
- Place through-hole and surface mount components on printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Perform soldering and mechanical terminations using industry-standard tools
- Install mechanical connections including screws, bolts, connectors, and plugs
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in every build
- Contribute ideas to improve assembly processes and procedures
- Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals

Basic Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical systems
- Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
- Ability to read diagrams, schematics, and use hand/power tools
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs
- IPC-A-610 Certification (CIS) is a plus – or willingness to obtain it
