Accountant Responsibilities: - Take ownership of daily accounting operations with QuickBooks , ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage account reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and support the month-end close process.
- Deliver actionable insights through financial analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
Accountant Requirements: - Recent, hands-on QuickBooks experience is required—no exceptions.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work environment (2-3 days onsite in Rosemont).
