Are you an experienced accounting professional with recent QuickBooks expertise, ready to hit the ground running? A growing company in Rosemont, IL, is seeking a dedicated Accountant who can add value from day one and make an immediate impact.

Accountant Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of daily accounting operations with QuickBooks , ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage account reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and support the month-end close process.
• Deliver actionable insights through financial analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.

Accountant Requirements:

• Recent, hands-on QuickBooks experience is required—no exceptions.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work environment (2-3 days onsite in Rosemont).
