Job Title: Usability Tester Full-time

Experience: 5-10 Years

We're searching for a skilled Usability Tester to evaluate and enhance the user experience of our products. You'll collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure our products are user-friendly and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the user experience of web and mobile applications.
• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on user requirements and product specifications.
• Identify usability issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze test results and create detailed reports with findings and suggestions.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to implement usability improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest usability testing methodologies and best practices.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback from a user-centered perspective.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Usability Tester or in a related role focused on user experience.
• In-depth knowledge of usability testing methods, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with creating and executing usability test plans and scripts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret test results and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and practices.
• Experience with remote usability testing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in usability testing or UX are a plus.
