Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all aspects of your client's travel needs, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars. As a Travel Advisor, your ultimate goal will be to keep clients satisfied and loyal for future services. 

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age, and be authorized to work within the US.
  

• Must be able to effectively communicate with clients 
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required
  

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required 
  

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and book travel arrangements for clients, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
  

• Work with travel vendors to secure the best rates and options for company travel
  

• Monitor changes in travel policies and procedures and ensure compliance
  

• Respond to clients' inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues
