Job Description We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Entry-Level Retail Social Media Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content for our retail brand's social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure our brand message is effectively communicated to our online audience.
Responsibilities - Create and publish original content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Analyze social media analytics to assess the success of campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and technologies.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience with social media platforms (personal or professional).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus.

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied. $66,000.00 - $99,000.00
