Job Description

1. Bachelor's degree or above (full-time), with a preference for science and engineering backgrounds. Proficiency in CAD and other drawing tools.
2. Strong communication and expression skills, clear logical thinking, enthusiastic about work, proactive learning attitude, keen interest in the logistics and warehousing automation industry, and willingness to develop long-term in this field.
3. Patient and meticulous personality.
4. Ability to travel moderately as required by projects.
5. Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 level, which can be used as a working language.
6. Knowledge of common automation equipment on the market is a plus (e.g., ACR, AGV, multi-deep racking systems, four-way shuttles, Autostore, Skypod, etc.). The main responsibility is to plan and design logistics process automation projects centered on logistics and warehousing robots.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist sales teams in conducting logistics solution design and technical communication with clients.
2. Create logistics layout drawings and project proposal documents to facilitate project signing.
3. Coordinate with the supply chain team at the Shenzhen headquarters and Japanese delivery personnel, clarify solution details, and support project delivery and implementation.
4. Assist the solution manager in daily work.

Annual Salary : JPY 4-6 million Insurance: Based on local Japanese regulations.
