Senior Accountant 

$90,000 - 100,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our External Reporting team. In this role, you’ll support the preparation of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K), ensure compliance with GAAP, assist in technical accounting research, and work cross-functionally to support accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced, regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and earnings releases
• Draft financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A
• Assist with audits, technical accounting memos, and SOX compliance
• Support M&A accounting and impairment analyses
• Collaborate across departments to ensure financial accuracy
• Recommend improvements to streamline reporting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 2+ years in public accounting or public company reporting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
• Detail-driven, organized, and adaptable
