As a Senior Accountant at Blue Yonder, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial reporting. This role supports key components of our monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, while also driving improvements in our accounting operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners across finance, HR, procurement, treasury, and operations, providing critical insights that support informed, strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute complex and routine monthly close responsibilities Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations in line with internal controls and company policy Serve as a liaison with external auditors, addressing both routine and technical inquiries Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and internal controls Contribute to the design and enhancement of scalable accounting processes that support growth and operational efficiency Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and key financial drivers Perform transactional research and financial analysis related to assigned areas, including both internal and external factors What You Bring: Proven accounting experience with strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP Demonstrated experience in monthly close and financial reporting processes Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating across departments Public accounting experience or CPA certification is a plus
