Proficiency in SQL and Groovy scripting .
Experience with data modeling in complex compensation environments.
Hands-on experience integrating with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs , ETL tools , and SFTP protocols .
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
