SAP BASIS Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only, must work Eastern Time hours)
Type: Long-term Contract (W2 only, no third party candidates please)

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant to support a large-scale public sector ERP system built on SAP. This role is fully remote but requires candidates to be U.S.-based and able to work Eastern Time business hours. You'll provide technical administration, system monitoring, and performance optimization across SAP environments, including both on-premise and cloud-based components.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing administration and technical support for SAP applications and SAP SuccessFactors (cloud-based).
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Apply patches, support packages, security updates, and perform system error analysis.
• Support integration between SAP systems and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Maintain and manage multi-landscape environments.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure stability and availability.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP BASIS administration experience, including installation, upgrades, patching, workload analysis, system error analysis, and performance monitoring.
• 2+ years supporting SAP operational systems in the public sector.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in environments running Linux/DB2 and Windows/MSSQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP modules for financials, procurement, or grants management.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP systems in the public sector.
• Knowledge of hybrid environments (on-premise + cloud SAP components).
