What: Salesforce Admin

Salesforce Solutions Architect

CTH 4-6 Months

REMOTE

Sponsorship : NO (Must be able to convert without sponsorship)

Interview Process:

1. 30 min with Director OF Technology
2. 30 min CTO
3. Potential for panel

Time Blocks:

1. Tuesday after 1pm
2. 9:30-10am all week

Must have someone started by go live of portal Sept/early Oct

Why:

• New customer portal going live in September
• Has someone on analytics team that supports integrations that is moving into a part time capacity

-Mulesoft & data manipulation

• Changing customer portal to a more custom lightening web component

-has one young dev (savannah), but need backup to help experience site, lightning web components

• Need someone on the team with a bigger architecture mindset

-Use philosophy for declarative salesforce first, but will also be able to customize

-Combining architecture & making more sustainable

-Tiny maintenance needed here and there for admin

-Look at what is built & how do we refactor it; hands on

1. Salesforce Admin: 70-90k

Pay Range : $30-35/hour on w2

MUST HAVE

Someone with 2-3 years of experience and give them a chance to develop.

Types of questions they may need to answer:

- how does a security model work?

-How do you build a custom object?

-Someone with experience around Picklists/Customizing

Will need to be able to prioritize tickets and maintenance, scrum experience is a plus
