Job Description

Bachelor's degree or above, or expected graduate from a four-year university
No major restrictions (some companies may prefer specific majors)
Possess basic business etiquette
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in basic office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Required Skills for Fresh Graduate Sales Positions
Communication skills: Core ability to build good relationships with customers and accurately grasp their needs.
Proposal skills: Key ability to put forward solutions that address customers' issues.
Listening skills: Important ability to listen to customers patiently and understand their true needs.
Problem-solving skills: Essential ability to analyze customers' problems and provide solutions.
Time management skills: Important ability to advance work efficiently.
Information collection skills: Necessary ability to collect information about the industry, market and customers, and apply it to sales activities.
Learning willingness: Must have the initiative to learn new knowledge and skills. - Customer sales activities (new customer development, existing customer follow-up)
Proposal and sales of products and services
Preparation of quotations and handling of contract procedures
Customer management and after-sales follow-up

Annual Salary : JPY 4-6 million Insurance: Based on local Japanese regulations
