Job Title: RN Center Administrator
Location: York, PA 17402
Contract Duration: 9 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Pay Rate: $65/Hour
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN Center Administrator for an exciting local job in York, PA .
ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day healthcare center operations, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards.
Supervise and support nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to uphold high standards of care.
Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures that promote patient safety, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and workloads to ensure proper coverage and optimal care delivery.
Manage budgets, resources, and supplies to align with patient and facility needs.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among staff, physicians, patients, and families.
Lead staff training, professional development initiatives, and performance evaluations.
Address patient and family concerns promptly and compassionately.
Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure documentation meets organizational and legal standards.
Stay updated on healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and nursing leadership best practices.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
RN Administrator License (required).
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership/administrative experience in a healthcare center or clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage staff, budgets, and resources.
