Water Damage Restoration Technician

Pinnacle Restoration has been helping families and businesses recover from disasters for over 14 years. We specialize in water, fire, and mold damage restoration, and we’re looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team.

Position: Water Damage Restoration Technician

We are seeking a technician with at least 1 year of experience in water mitigation or related restoration services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification services.
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment.
• Document work performed (photos, notes, moisture readings).
• Assist in demolition of affected materials (drywall, flooring, etc.).
• Provide excellent customer service while working in clients’ homes and businesses.
• Follow all company safety and IICRC standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of water damage restoration experience.
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions (crawl spaces, attics, outdoors).

• IICRC Certification (WRT/ASD) preferred but not required- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work on-call rotations (nights/weekends when needed).
