What You'll Do: 

  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality care and follow physician orders for treatments and procedures.
  • Monitor residents’ conditions, document observations, and report changes or adverse reactions.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update patient charts according to departmental policies.
  • Inspect, test, and ensure proper functioning of all medical equipment before use.

What You'll Need:  

  • High school education (required)
  • Current and valid Massachusetts CRT/RRT licensure (required)
  • Must have at least 2 years of respiratory therapist experience (required)
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills (required)
  • Maintains current CPR certification, including BLS and ACLS (required)
  • Ensures ongoing educational competency in compliance with state and federal regulations (required)
