Qualifications:

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License.
• Board Certification (Psychiatry preferred).
• Fluent in Spanish (required).
• Open to New Graduates (must have psych experience for part-time consideration).
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychiatric care to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct telepsychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers.
• Provide patient and family education on mental health management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR systems.
• Attend 3 in-office days per month for team collaboration and patient care.
