Position: Personal Assistant / Calendar Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant / Calendar Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the schedules and daily tasks of our clients, as well as coordinating with various team members and external partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sports industry.
Please note: This is a remote position open to candidates currently residing in the United States. Were unable to consider applications from outside the U.S. at this time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily schedules and appointments of our clients, ensuring they are aware of all upcoming commitments and deadlines
- Coordinate with team members and external partners to ensure all necessary arrangements are made for client events, meetings, and travel
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional communication and support
- Maintain and update client calendars, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Assist with administrative tasks such as drafting emails, creating reports, and managing client files
- Research and stay updated on industry trends and events to proactively suggest opportunities for clients
- Handle any ad-hoc requests or projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A passion for sports and a strong understanding of the industry
