Overview
The Baker/Pastry Cook is responsible for assisting in all aspects of pastry production including portion and inventory control, food quality, and consistency. They adhere to the systems and standards set by the Chef De Cuisine and Pastry Shift Leads. All staff should be focused on and demonstrate a guest-centric attitude and culture.
