The primary purpose of the Parts Counterperson is to quote and sell automotive parts to customers for Main Shop sales. Parts Counterpersons are responsible for processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of parts to internal departments, such as PDQ (Oil & Lube) or the Main Shop. Schedule/Pay

• Pay is $17/hour
• Schedule is 9am-1pm Monday-Friday

• Quote, sell and process Service department automotive parts
• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain current product knowledge in accordance with company standards
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Coordinate parts ordering and delivery process
• Notify Service Advisor when parts are available
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy 50+lbs
• Ability to collaborate, interpret and communicate information that is not always straightforward
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Valid Driver's License
