We are seeking a Marketing Manager who understands that great marketing in hospitality is not just about visibility—it is about connection, loyalty, and trust.


Position Summary


The Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing efforts across all Buona Forchetta locations, with a strong emphasis on events, social media, and guest loyalty . This role blends strategy with hands-on execution and requires close collaboration with Operations, Leadership, and on-site teams to ensure marketing initiatives are authentic, effective, and operationally aligned.


This is a hybrid role requiring both remote work and consistent presence at our restaurants to support events, content creation, and team collaboration.


Core Responsibilities


Brand & Storytelling




  • Uphold and evolve the Buona Forchetta brand voice across all platforms and locations


  • Ensure brand consistency while honoring the individuality of each concept


  • Translate company values into meaningful guest-facing marketing initiatives


Events & Community Engagement




  • Own all event strategy and execution across locations, including promotions, special dinners, partnerships, and community activations


  • Collaborate with General Managers and Operations to ensure seamless event execution and guest experience


  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, and community organizations


Social Media & Digital Presence




  • Oversee all social media channels, including content strategy, scheduling, engagement, and performance analysis


  • Coordinate photography, video, and creative assets that reflect real hospitality moments and team culture


  • Manage promotions, announcements, and digital storytelling across platforms


Guest Loyalty & Retention




  • Develop and manage customer loyalty and retention initiatives that drive repeat visits and long-term engagement


  • Analyze guest feedback, trends, and performance data to inform marketing decisions


  • Partner with Operations to strengthen guest relationships and brand advocacy


Strategy, Analytics & Execution




  • Develop marketing calendars, campaigns, and budgets aligned with business goals


  • Track campaign performance, ROI, and engagement metrics; adjust strategies as needed


  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership


Cross-Functional Collaboration




  • Work closely with Operations, HR, and Leadership to align marketing with staffing, events, and growth initiatives


  • Support new location openings, seasonal launches, and internal initiatives


Qualifications




  • 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in hospitality or multi-location restaurant groups


  • Proven experience managing events, social media, and brand engagement


  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics


  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative leadership style


  • Ability to travel locally between restaurant locations


  • Availability for evenings and weekends for events


Preferred Experience




  • Multi-unit restaurant or hospitality group experience


  • Customer loyalty or CRM platform experience


  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus


  • Hands-on experience with content creation, photography coordination, or video production


Work Environment & Physical Requirements




  • Hybrid role requiring remote work and on-site presence(mostly onsite)


  • Must be able to attend and support in-person events and activations


  • Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 10 lbs


  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods
