Put your passion, drive and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader. We're looking for an experienced Manager, Finance Data and AI Strategy to join our G&A team. This role offers flexibility to work remotely within the United States, with a preference for candidates based near our San Jose, CA office who can participate in a hybrid schedule (3 days per week onsite). Reporting to the Senior Director, AI & Data Strategy, you will be responsible for: + Building and leading a high-performing team focused on professional development, collaboration, and driving innovation in financial data and AI strategy + Driving AI transformation in financial processes by promoting AI literacy, identifying impactful use cases, and utilizing intelligent tools (e.g., NLP, ML models, automation) + Enhancing financial workflows (e.g., record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay) by leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and data governance to ensure compliance and accuracy across tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and Snowflake + Leading quarterly planning and managing a portfolio of projects using agile practices, resource allocation, and Scrum methodologies (e.g., Jira Tracking) to align priorities and achieve strategic goals + Staying ahead of BI industry trends, AI innovations, and analytics tools to shape strategic objectives, refine insights, and drive maturity in analytics capabilities across the organization **What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)** + 7+ years of experience in Financial/Data Analytics, BI, or financial systems management (including team leadership) + Proven expertise in financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights), SQL, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) + Strong understanding of BI industry trends, data governance, and AI/ML applications + Demonstrated success in using automation and analytics to enhance financial processes + Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to present actionable insights **What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)** + Experience in FP&A, finance transformation, or accounting strategy + Familiarity with AI tools and programming in Python or R + Passion for innovation and driving continuous improvement \#LI-Remote \#LI-YC2 Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
