Key Responsibilities:
Travel to client locations to oversee and notarize loan signings.
Ensure all documents are signed, initialed, and dated correctly.
Verify signer identity in compliance with state laws.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
Submit completed packages promptly and securely to title companies.
Job Requirements:
Must be an active notary public in your state.
Loan signing certification is required (training and certification available).
Ability to print and scan large documents.
Reliable car for local travel.
Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
