LaSalle Network has partnered with a prestigious global law firm seeking a Legal Billing Specialist to join their West Palm Beach office full time. This firm needs someone who’s not just accurate and organized—but someone who takes initiative, thinks two steps ahead, and can juggle a high volume of complex billing with poise. Immediate availability is a plus!
Legal Billing Specialist Responsibilities:
Process client invoices using Aderant software and Pre-bill Viewer
Submit electronic invoices and accruals through multiple e-billing platforms
Review, edit, and finalize pre-bills in collaboration with attorneys and legal staff
Respond to accounting inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies
Manage high-volume, full-cycle billing including rejections and appeals
Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with client requirements
Legal Billing Specialist Requirements:
3+ years of billing experience in a large law firm setting
Proficient in end-to-end legal billing processes and e-billing platforms
Experience with Aderant or Elite highly preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Deadline-driven with excellent communication and follow-through
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
