About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Junior Social Media Content Coordinator to help bring our real estate listings to life! This person will work closely with our team to capture engaging content at our listed properties and schedule it across major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and real estate marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with the broker 2–3 times per week at various listing locations to film short-form video content.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage, property highlights, and lifestyle-driven content that resonates with buyers and sellers.
• Edit and prepare content for publishing, ensuring it aligns with brand tone and style.
• Schedule and manage posts across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok using social media scheduling tools.
• Monitor basic engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) and provide feedback on content performance.
• Stay current with social media trends, especially in the real estate space, to keep content fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in social media marketing and content creation.
• Familiarity with short-form video platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok) and trends.
• Basic video editing skills (mobile or desktop).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage posting schedules consistently.
• Comfortable working on location at different homes across Middle Tennessee.
• Positive, proactive, and creative mindset.

Preferred (but not required):

• Previous experience in social media management, marketing, or real estate.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite.

Compensation & Hours:

• Part-time role (flexible schedule; approx. 10–15 hours/week).
• Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
