Frontend/UI Responsibilities (Primary Focus):
Develop responsive UI screens and components using React & Next.js
Convert Figma/wireframes into pixel-perfect web pages
Build reusable UI components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
Work with Tailwind / Material UI / Bootstrap (experience in any is welcome)
Optimize performance for fast load and smooth interactions
Ensure cross-browser & cross-device compatibility
Supporting Responsibilities (Secondary Exposure/Growth Areas):
Integrate frontend with backend APIs ( REST/GraphQL )
Basic understanding of Node.js API calls and debugging
Work with Git/GitHub for code collaboration
Collaborate with team in sprints, reviews, and code discussions
Get trained and gradually support backend or AI-integration tasks as needed
Hands-on experience in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
Knowledge of UI state management (Context/Redux/Zustand etc. optional)
Understanding of API integration (fetch/axios)
Willingness to learn backend/cloud/AI stack over time
Good problem-solving, teamwork, and debugging skills
Experience with Next.js
Familiarity with design frameworks ( Tailwind/MUI )
Basic Node.js exposure
Awareness of CI/CD or cloud fundamentals ( AWS/GCP optional )
Interest in AI/GenAI and modern web tech
Passion to grow into a Full-Stack role long-term
