Position Summary: We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our content and marketing teams to create engaging videos and multimedia content for various platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional eager to develop their skills in video production, editing, and social media content creation while contributing to a dynamic and innovative team. Essential Tasks: - Video Editing: Edit raw footage into compelling video content tailored to various platforms, including social media, websites, and internal use.
- Content Creation: Assist in producing and capturing video content, including interviews, product showcases, events, and promotional materials.
- Social Media Content: Develop short-form video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube, including captions and platform-specific formatting.
- Graphics Integration: Add basic text overlays, transitions, and simple animations to enhance storytelling.
- Pre-Production Support: Assist in planning video shoots, including scripting, storyboarding, and equipment preparation.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
- File Organization: Maintain a structured system for storing and organizing video assets for easy retrieval and team collaboration.
- Feedback Application: Implement feedback from supervisors to refine content and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on social media trends, video editing styles, and emerging tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with videographers, designers, and marketers to ensure cohesive storytelling across all content.

Licensing and Credentials: Systems: - Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or other preferences.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens
- Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person
- Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, 10-key
- Walking, bending, sitting, reaching and stretching in all directions
