With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that's built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence. **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for reviewing and evaluating vendor contracts to ensure alignment with applicable information security regulations, standards, and internal policies. + Collaborates with internal stakeholders to assess contractual risks, enforce security requirements, and maintain compliance with frameworks such as Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and other regulatory obligations. + Regularly reviews and updates the standard Information Security Agreement (ISA) templates to ensure alignment with current security requirements. + Provides general data protection guidance across the organization, and performs other duties as assigned. **Minimum Qualifications:** **Required Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in Information Security or Information Services related field **_OR_** Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position **Preferred knowledge/skills:** + Knowledge in regulations and/or contractual obligations including HIPAA, PCI, Florida Statue, SOC. + Knowledge in security technology including Encryption, Multi-Factor Authentication, Disaster Recovery, Geo-Fencing, Least Privilege, Identity Access Management, and SOC 2 Type II report. + **Knowledge in governance frameworks include:** NIST, and COBIT. Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
