Mozaic (a chapter of The Arc) is currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Human Resource Staffing Coordinator (Recruiter)
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Staffing Coordinator (Recruiter) is a member of the human resource team supporting the hiring process from beginning to end including recruitment, information processing within human resources databases, open position tracking, and assisting with the flow of hiring paperwork. Provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed including employee retention.
- Creates and posts all job advertisements on a variety of platforms to include use of social media tools.
- Coordinates the recruiting/employment process for the agency.
- Coordinate all recruitment efforts with managers regarding applications, advertising, applicant pre-screening, reference checking, and necessary documentation.
- Works with the marketing team to create and post job advertisement flyers.
- Provides support and assistance to the HR Administrative Assistant involving new hire onboarding and in other areas as needed.
- Performs administrative duties associated with weekly reporting of new hires. Ensures that accurate data inputs are made to recording system.
Coordinates and attends all Job Fairs and other community events on behalf of the organization
