( Must live in South East Florida) (Must Have 4+ Years of Heavy Civil Estimating experience)

Pay 100k-130k + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop Accurate Estimates: Prepare detailed estimates for heavy civil projects, including site work, earthwork, utilities, drainage, asphalt paving, and structural concrete.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with project managers and field personnel to ensure estimates align with project requirements and timelines.
* Analyze Project Plans: Review specifications and blueprints to identify key components essential for successful bidding.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on site, earthwork, utilities, drainage, asphalt paving, or structural concrete.
* Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
* Proficiency in estimating software and blueprint interpretation.
