Join us!The Global Financial Crimes (“GFC”) Executive is responsible for managing risks associated with financial crimes, and ensuring compliance with laws, rules and regulations relating to money laundering, economic sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, and fraud. The GFC Executive provides advisement and oversight to leaders within Global Risk Management, Compliance and Operational Risk (“C&OR”) Officers of the Front Line Units (“FLU”), and to the FLU leaders, of front line units and Control Functions ("CF") directly. The GFC Executive must leverage expertise, judgment, and influence to constructively challenge FLU and CF leaders to support the Compliance and Operational Risk Management Program objectives, balancing business strategy with appropriate controls. This leader is responsible for directing a team of subject matter experts who as part of the second line of defense, ensure that the company is managing risk according to Bank of America’s Risk framework, Global Financial Crimes Program and Policies and Global Compliance and Operational Risk program.
