Role Description

This role is located at our Tampa headquarters or Sarasota satellite location. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing nursing for patient infusion therapy in a home setting. You will also handle patient inquiries, schedule home infusions, maintain accurate medical records, verify insurance benefits, and collaborate with insurance companies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with patient coordination or care coordination
• 1+ years of experience with infusion therapy and proven success in a home health setting is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of infusion treatment guidelines, insurance billing, and reimbursement requirements
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them appropriately
• Experience with patient intake software and ability to learn new software solutions
• Experience with specialty drugs is a plus
• Passion for helping patients, along with a positive and professional attitude
