Job Description

La Vaquita Flea Market is looking for a motivated Cleaner to join our team in the Pendergrass, GA area. 

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply. 

Responsibilities

• Dusting and cleaning all surface areas, tables, benches, walls, and other fixtures as necessary.
• Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of floors.
• Disposing of trash from bins and containers.
• Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms.
• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Maintaining the upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
• Ensuring safe & sanitary storage and care of products.
• Keeping all public spaces neat and tidy.
• Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job.

Skills

• Experience working in a cleaning agency or facility
• Experience performing outdoor cleaning (i.e., sweeping, sweeping trucks, mowing, etc.)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to handle physical workload (i.e., standing, walking, bending, squatting, crouching, crouching continuously for extended periods of time)
• Ability to work in all weather conditions including but not limited to snow and rain (shoe covers, boots, hand warmers, etc.)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $17.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• One day off during the week

• Total: 40 hours per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pendergrass, GA 30567: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
