Adecco is now hiring for a Floral Warehouse Associate position with our client in Vista, CA. Weekly pay starts at $16.50 per hour. Apply today and join a dynamic team! Responsibilities: + Pull flower buckets from the cooler/freezer for production needs + Assemble bouquets by selecting flowers and placing them onto the conveyor machine + Label, package, and prepare finished floral products for shipment + Move and organize flowers and materials throughout the production area + Assist with general cleaning, including sweeping/mopping floors + Maintain a safe work environment Requirements: + No previous experience required - entry-level position + At least some familiarity with warehouse or production environments is a plus, but not required + Comfortable working in cold environments, including cooler and freezer areas + Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions + Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach frequently throughout the shift + Willingness to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday during peak seasons Available Shift: + 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM **Pay Details:** $16.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
