Our client is growing and looking for a Crane Operator to support heavy civil and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a safety-focused operator with experience running hydraulic, lattice boom, RT, or crawler cranes in active jobsite environments.
Operate cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow lift plans, load charts, and direction from riggers and signal personnel
Perform daily inspections and document equipment condition
Communicate with site supervisors and crews to ensure safe operations
Assist with basic adjustments, maintenance checks, and setup/teardown
Comply with OSHA, NCCCO, and company safety standards
NCCCO or equivalent crane certification required
Experience operating RT, crawler, or truck-mounted cranes
Working knowledge of rigging, signaling, and lift safety procedures
Ability to interpret load charts and follow lift directives
Strong communication and situational awareness on active sites
Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not always required
